Our Product Mission

At ROCKON, we build modular, compliance-ready solutions for digital onboarding, identity verification, and electronic signing. As Product Owner, you will shape how regulated organizations design and operate secure, end-to-end onboarding journeys.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog across onboarding and identity modules
• Translate business and compliance requirements into clear epics and user stories
• Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory needs, and delivery impact
• Work closely with engineering, delivery, and stakeholders to ensure high quality and compliance
• Continuously improve product usability, performance, and auditability
• Evaluate new technologies and trends relevant to onboarding, identity, and digital trust

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software / SaaS
• Strong understanding of digital products in regulated environments (fintech, regtech, banking, insurance is a plus)
• Solid background in requirements engineering and business analysis
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum / iterative delivery)
• Ability to balance customer needs, compliance constraints, and technical feasibility
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
